At Gym Fit Out Dubai, we stand by the quality of our premium fitness equipment and offer a 14-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. We aim to ensure your home or commercial gym setup meets the highest standards of performance and satisfaction.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email or phone within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Equipment

  Ensure the gym equipment is disassembled, if applicable, and placed back in its original protective packaging with all manuals and hardware included.

• 3.
  Schedule a Collection

  For heavy machinery and bulky items, our logistics team will coordinate a convenient pickup time from your Dubai location; smaller accessories may be dropped off at our service center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, excluding delivery and installation fees.
